Architectural Engineering is an application of engineering principles and technology for construction and building design. So it is also known as Building Engineering. There are some other referral definitions of an Architectural Engineer like:
• Architectural Engineers are one who work with architects and other engineers for the construction of buildings and for designing.
• An Engineer in the electrical, structural, construction, mechanical or other fields of engineering for the building construction or design.
• 10+2 (Senior Secondary Class XII) or equivalent qualifying examination from recognized University/Board with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics.
• Apart from this qualification candidate must pass an entrance examination.
• The Entrance Test for the admission for first years Architecture course will be held in different colleges of India for State Level and National Level Entrance.
• For CBSE students, exams will be national level entrance examination. AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) on an All India basis for Architecture Engineering.
